The Trade Association of Information Technology (TAIT) successfully organized an impactful knowledge session on 24th November 2025, centered around the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in business transformation and efficiency. The session featured Rahul Ghatalia as the keynote speaker, who shared practical strategies on how AI can be adopted by IT businesses to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and improve productivity.
