Kaspersky Lab, one of the world’s fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and the largest one that is privately-owned, conducted a one-of-its-kind Customer Pitstop in Trivandrum. The event was held in association with its B2B distributor eCaps Computers India Private Limited, and Infocalix Technologies Private Limited, its B2B partner.
The Pitstop was held as a part of Kaspersky Lab’s focused goal of keeping the customer at the center of everything they do. It aided a dialogue between the customers’ needs, the distributors’ and partners’ in-depth knowledge and Kaspersky’s cutting edge solutions, thus opening doors to a world of limitless possibilities. Altaf Halde, Managing Director – South Asia, Kaspersky Lab, briefly touched upon Kaspersky’s wide portfolio of security solutions. Mr. Halde further explained how Kaspersky Labs’ enterprise services and solutions have changed the security landscape for numerous organisations across the continent. This was followed by an invigorating question and answer session, where the prospective customers didn’t just get their queries resolved but also gained a clearer understanding of how these solutions could positively impact their businesses. Gunasegharan, Director-eCaps Computers, closed the session with a humble vote of thanks.
