The state IT association of Karnataka (FITDAK) has elected their new team in a recent event. The team is likely to assume charge by the end of April. Arun Nagaraja, in an exclusive chat for Cell IT, shares his plan and the event.
“It is a mixed feeling of excitement and responsibility. Expectations are high and I feel a sense of responsibility towards the fraternity. I have an encouraging and supportive team. I can definitely expect a lot of benefits and welfare programmers that would ensure the ease of doing business in Karnataka.”
Some of the short term goals, according to him would be to create a district-level mec
hanism for addressing the challenges faced by the channel fraternity, special CUG plans with data connection for all the members in the Karnataka, signing up with logistics company for transporting goods at affordable prices.
“A mobile application is proper communication tool exclusive for all the members of the associations. As Social media and all the other Google tools all have become messed up and can’t really serve our business needs anymore. An exclusive communication APP for IT vertical is my dream project and I am working on it.”, concludes Arun. The association is also in the verge of appointing a consultant who will give timely advises on activities related to the government schemes and events.
The charter installation of FiTDAK held at Mysuru attracted 300 dealers across the state.
