Ooty: Confederation Of It Associations, the IT association of members from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry ( CONFED-ITA), had recently conducted its Annual General Body meeting ( summit 2019 ).
Close to 600 participants including 500 delegates from all the districts of Tamilnadu and Puducherry attended the two days event. Famous writer cum Television Anchor Gobinath Chandran was the chief guest for our summit 2019. The dealers across the state had participated in the event coming all the districts for the summit. HP Consumer division was the main sponsor for our summit. Realtime Security systems, Toshiba & TCL made the main sponsorship. Dell and Boom made the entertainment sponsors.
The first day of the event was allotted for internal association meeting, oath-taking ceremony of new board members and all the member association presented their projects and presentation done on the last year. The second day was allotted for business sessions. Afternoon session was filled with the vendor presentations and entertainment sessions and gala dinner. The new team includes T Kumar (President), R Gnanasivam (Vice-President), K L Vincent (Secretary), S.R.Venkatesh Babu (Treasurer), N.J.Thirunavukkarasu (Joint Secretary 1) and S.P.Akilan (Joint Secretary 2).
According to the association, the total two days were nourished with complete house attendance and vendors also much happy about the unity that was shown.
