Mehsana, Jan 13: Mehsana Computer Merchant Association has organized an IT Expo recently. HP was the main sponsor for this exhibition. Lenovo,Dell and L.G were associate Partners.
The association claims the overall response was great, average footfall was 7000-8000 per day. The event was organized in association with FITAG, the mother association of Gujarat IT associations. The expo housed a total of 67 stalls The key segments sold in the expo were the surveillance and security products. CCTV,SMB storage, Antivirus were the notable sale happened in the event.
On an unusual note, not just customers, but also a good number of SMB clients also participated in expo. The B2B customers were keen to know about new IT products and solutions.
“Online sales are problem for all I.T partners in entire country. Sales in last quarter was drastically low due to online offers, as per my discussion with various partners. However, we did well in the expo”, said Deepak Rathor, General Manager, Rachita, a participant in the event.
