Japanese delegation evince interest to set up industries in AP

Amaravati, Aug 7: A Japanese delegation led by Japan ambassador of India Kenji Hiramatsu met Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu here today and evinced interest for invests in the state. The Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu appealed to the delegation to establish knowledge based companies that provide employment and investments. The Chief Minister asked the Japan team which is conducting a Traffic & Transport study in Vijayawada city to submit their report by November 2018.

japanese_team_visited_amaravati_1Representatives of five Japanese Companies who submitted proposals on Data Centre & cloud computing infrastructure, Weather radar Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Sewerage Treatment Systems and traffic Control System in Vijayawada evinced interest and sought clearance for their proposals. Kuni Umi Asset Management Company came forward to develop a Hyman Fruture Pavilion in Amaravati Capitial City with a built up area of 1000sq.mt. with the support of japanesAPCRDA. In addition the Japan team shown interest in Housing in Capital City area, food processing units and exchange of technology. The Chief Minister said Japan language would be introduced in universities.

Secretary of Industries and commerce Solomon Arokiya Raj and CRDA Commissioner Ch Sridhar accompanied the Japanese delegation.
