Computax group, a Rajasthan-based company, plans to launch a software linking the accounting software to generate TDS returns and GST reports in the about three months.
“We incorporate all types of business needs. We always try to make a bridge between business requirements and return form requirements. The software is already working. Our original plans were to launch it during this period. Due to COVID, we are having a delayed launch,” Rajiv Gupta, founder of Professional Softec, company behind Computax online.
India’s largest taxation software company is also planning to launch a website for professionals. The professionals can develop their own website according to their requirements. “We are developing some pre-defined templates for professionals website. They can easily copy the format and develop the website,” Computax has a software that helps with the IT returns filing. It helps in the automatic generation of XML file and filling of various other steps to follow in filing the return. After a successful filing, it also flashes the acknowledgment of the same and records the date of filing.
“Our clients are mainly professionals like chartered accountant and corporates, including the SME’s. This software allows the professional or the company using it to skip all the manual filing necessary. Our products are very cost-effective and user friendly. Our software picks data from various software’s automatically,” said Rajiv
Keeping in view of all requirements of big and small businesses, it has designed the product so it is user friendly for all the users. “We have designed our inputs into various blocks. Different block links are provided on a single screen. Users may use according to their need,” he adds.
The inputs are the various taxation heads under the Income-tax returns. It later split these into various blocks for the user to file as per their needs. The software also provides the user with a link to maneuver between blocks and files in any order as they feel fit to do. “We also provide for validations as required by the IT dept to make sure the filing is successful,” said Rajiv.
Computax is also working with the IT dept where it provided them with software to settlement commission for preparation of computation for their order passed.
