Cell IT: How many channel partners you currently work with? What are your plans?

Team Erus: We already have over 2000 resellers and expending network very fast. Channel has been our strength. All our plans, policies, positioning , products are being derived keeping channel interest in mind.

Cell IT: Give us the names of the distributors of your products in every state

Team Erus: In different region, we have different tier system based on market requirement. And mostly we are working in breadth across nation.

Cell IT: Indian anti-virus market is based on regions/zones. Are you planning to follow that style? What would be your channel strategy?

Team Erus: Every region, every state works uniquely, so that our channel formation too. In most places we are working in breadth with volume partners. Our first goal is to have direct channel representation in 100 cities. We are enabling channel partners to sell technology products, prepare for future as well as fast moving IT products.

Cell IT: Explain the type of schemes you will be/are planning to provide?

Team Erus: As StopVirus is very low cost product and technologically very advance, we would like to keep cost at minimum level only. Launching schemes etc would increase product price.

Cell IT: What are the key challenges for any channel partner selling anti-virus solutions? How well Stop-Virus is addressing the same?

Team Erus: Apart from this reseller margins. StopVirus is addressing resellers’ requirement at all possible levels. In StopVirus reseller need to invest less, but earning are more. We provide them backend support, marketing, lead generation through inside sales team, POP material, USPs and many other tools to make reseller confident on StopVirus brand.

Cell IT: One biggest challenge in selling anti-virus product is the dumping of stocks by the vendors. How effectively you manage the channel in the same.

Team Erus: Yes, many vendors does that due to various reasons. Our policy is not to dump product but to get repeat orders very frequently. All our sales strategies are channel benefit centric, which doesn’t allow to dump material. We have strong inside sales team, which generate qualified leads for registered partners. Also team take feedback from partners on liquidation of material, new ideas and strategies to sale material, open new verticals and many approaches.
