Swaminathan (Swami) What are the key focus areas of your organization?

Jitesh Chauhan : Being a Security Company our key focus is IT Security. We have been a prominent IT Security Company in Gujarat.

Swami: What is the one unique selling point for Rubik Infotech?


Jitesh
: Our Unique Selling point is the Skill knowledge of Technology and the Post-sales support. We have a good post-sales support team which helps our customer to rely on us for their challenges.

Swami: What security solutions you have special focus on?

Jitesh: Our Focus is on DLP , Encryption , Web Gateway , E-mail Gateway. We have a dedicated team who are specialised on product from Kaspersky Lab. Kaspersky has some of the best solutions for the industry like Mobile Security , Virtualization Security, Systems Management and more.

Swami: Please share some information on your clientele.

Jitesh: We have clients for the above-mentioned solutions in the verticals like Government, Corporates, KPO/BPO and Education.

Swami: Please share some information on your partnerships and alliances.

Jitesh: We partner with leading vendors on Gateway Security, Data Breach Solution, Encryption, Data Leakage Protection, Antivirus, Antispam, E-mail Security. We also play excellent role with all leading vendors in the spaces like Kaspersky_PoweredbyBackup Management & High Availability Solutions, Server-Based Computing Solutions, Secured Messaging Solutions, Microsoft Business Server Solutions.

Swami: What are the industry verticals you want to expand?

Jitesh: We would like to expand on IT/IES & Banking. Gujarat has lots of Cooperative banks and banking would be a huge vertical.

Swami: What are the key challenges a security player faces?

Jitesh: The key challenges which a security player faces is the budget allocation from Corporates. Companies allocate IT budget but that budget is mostly utilized for their hardware and peripherals. Security comes at the lowest priority. Today where India is moving towards digitalization, Security should be given the priority and budgeted, so that companies can safeguard their data and documents.

Swami : As a partner for security solutions, what you think- the changes in security business are about to come?

Jitesh: We don’t see any major challenges. Business is definitely growing to grow because of digitalization. But as a partner we definitely have challenge of skill manpower. Skill manpower for Security products would be the biggest crunch.

Swami: Please explain in detail what your take on the conventional storage and servers business getting killed by Cloud business?

Jitesh: Personally I don’t agree with the same. Conventional storage is still a big business. Yes, server business is getting killed by cloud business. Cloud business is picking up in India but it would still take some time for cloud Business to pick compared to conventional business.

Swami: What is your view on cloud security and how you are getting geared up for the same?

Jitesh: Cloud security would again be a big market when people start moving to cloud. We have already started gearing up for the same. We have already started deploying DLP on cloud solution for our customer who have migrated there infra on cloud.
