Klarion360 Service is an enterprise class application which provides a powerful set of features to manage customer service completely digital with simple to use applications. The solution helps in ensuring:

● Increase in Efficiency: Higher number of services per technicians by ensuring all information and spare parts availability.

● Call center or central team receiving and dispatching service requests
● Managing self-owned Service Centers or Franchisees

A strong solution and technical architects team who have worked in building global solutions across the world. Experience lies in building solutions which are enterprise class by providing solutions which are industry specific, configurable, with high availability support and powerful inbuilt mobile solutions and can be hosted on cloud.

We built solutions which are world class and work in global set ups and can be integrated with modern ERP solutions like SAP / Oracle / Jd Edwards / Salesforce etc.

3. Through these products/solutions what do you want to achieve?

We want to provide our customers world class and futuristic solutions which can help in leveraging digital technologies, cloud and mobile for customer service excellence and a powerful distribution mechanism. With Klarion360 we want to help customers usher in digital world with right solutions.
4. What do you aim to provide the B2B Players/ Customers through the SAP based plant asset management. Kindly elaborate.

Massetic, our SAP based solutions for asset management help in efficient maintenance of plant assets. Increasing efficiency and up time of plant assets is one of the most important goals of any manufacturing or telecom organization. Any unnecessary downtime has direct impact on the service, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction. Some of the large organizations measure downtime in hours and minutes as a the cost per hour could touch a few hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Some of the typical reasons which could cause unnecessary down time include challenges in planning or tracking of routine or breakdown maintenance, inefficient spare parts or technician management, unavailability of tools or equipment at right time. And in case of the herculean shutdown or turnaround event in the process industries, the challenge becomes manifold as the number of activities increases to several thousands with several hundreds of workers executing complex tasks 24 by 7.

Yes. We have a few selected reseller partners in Middle East, Europe, South East Asia and USA.

6. What are the sectors that you are targeting? Who all are your competitors?

Klarion360: Electronics, Mobile phone companies, Telecom service providers, Home appliances, DTH..
Massetic: Telecom service providers, Chemical, Oil and Gas, Metal and mining organizations

Competitors: Our competitors include companies which provide CRM or Asset management solutions.
7. Have you partnered with any companies across India also to provide these solutions? Can you highlight few names on the partnership?

We have partnered with companies outside India. We are working on building network in India during next 2-3 quarters.

8. Kindly elaborate on the revenue model.

Customer can choose one time license or pay per use (on cloud). We work with partners on revenue sharing model.

9. How has the growth rate for Maventic been?

Maventic has been growing steadily with 20 to 30% growth through services. However, we see much higher growth with as the products are getting strong foothold across several countries.

10. Are you planning to align with larger companies?

Yes. We are in touch with some of the large SIs currently.

11. What about funding? Are you planning to look for funding?

We are planning to go for funding in Q3/Q4 of 2018.

12. Are you planning to launch more products?

No. The plan is to build more Industry flavours of the current solutions.

13. Expectation with regards to turnover for the next financial year?

We are looking for 5 times higher revenue from products next financial year. Out of this, we are looking at 60% revenue coming from outside India.

14. What are your future plans for the company?

We look forward to be known in the Industry for enterprise class global solution coming from India which can compete with global brands from its features and solution architecture perspective.

15. Where do you want to see the company five years down the line?

We will like to be significant player in our space by providing enterprise solutions and adapting to changing customer needs and technology trends.

16. Any key insights or trend that you forsee in the B2B space that you want to highlight?

Organizations will need to adapt to digital economy, leverage technologies like mobile, cloud, IOT, machine learning. These will no more be differentiators in coming future, these will be necessary to manage customer expectations.
