Microland, an enabler in digital IT transformation, has appointed Ashish Mahadwar as Chief Operating Officer. Ashish is based in Microland’s office in San Jose, CA , United States of America.
His mission will be to strengthen Microland’s leadership and increase the organization’s ability to transform client businesses globally. With this appointment, Microland Founder, Chairman and CEO Pradeep Kar will be able to focus on the long-term strategic initiatives of the company.
Ashish joined Microland in August 2019 as President of Sales and Marketing. He brings an international experience of more than 30 years which makes him able to build capacities in applications, infrastructures and consultancy. Prior to Microland, Ashish was COO and revenue manager for a large San Francisco Bay IT services company . Previously, he held the position of Senior Advisor at Bain Capital.
“Ashish will lead all business functions globally. It will drive adoption of platform-based services, productization to reduce time to value for customers, and verticalization of solutions.
