ITCG To Launch Attractive Incentive Schemes For Partners

Mumbai, March 17: Leading IT solutions provider ITCG is planning to focus on expansion within Mumbai and rest of Maharastra in the forthcoming financial year.

networking partners, increase in the number of partners and customer royalty and got repeat business from the community and the maximized usage of digital media like FB/ Twitter and WhatsApp for better visibility. The company is also planning to add team members Vertical-wise specifically under  network Security, Encryption and Storage to bring them under single window. In an exclusive chat for Cell IT, Manish Shah, CEO of the company said that ITCG will also be implementing a strategic performance system.  “We will be introducing a new incentive scheme unlike the traditional methods that are going on. Smart & speedy work will be appreciated. Sales people getting maximum advance payments will be felicitated.” Speaking about the challenges faced by the company in the fiscal, Manish said  “Getting timely payments from Partners as well as end customers is becoming a difficult task. Also, large orders are completely dependent on vendors without whose help it becomes difficult to close faster.” He also said that the bottom line is always a challenge in product sales. He also feels that with increasing salaries, even services doesn’t fetch more bottom line.

ITCG’s key revenue is from Licensed software’s ( MS/ Adobe/ AD) (40%), Network security ( 30%), Desktop Virtualization  (15%) and Services (15%). Also the major contributors for the company in terms are vendors are Microsoft ( 28%), Firewalls ( satcom_222%), Autodesk  (12%) and Ncomputing  (12%). In the coming year the company is intending to focus on Mumbai and Rest Of Maharastra with the appointment of sales and pre-sales force.
