AspireNXT 10-yr-old Journey: From a Humble System Integrator to a Preferred Cloud Partner

Bangalore: AspireNXT is a leading cloud and data center solutions provider from Bangalore, which recently completed 10 years of its existence. The company offers a gamut of services and technology solutions to simplify provisioning and managing infrastructure, deploying application code, and automating software release processes. It also facilitates monitoring enterprise application and infrastructure performance to accelerate time to market, and optimize each stage of the software development lifecycle with the practice of DevOps.



Over these years, AspireNXT expanded its operations to Singapore and Malaysia, followed by the United States. In an exclusive chat, its co-founder Deepak Cano(DC) looks back at the company’s growth and progress over the last decade – from a mere seven employees to a preferred system integrator and trusted channel partner of enterprises.

Tell us about AspireNxt’s journey over the last decade.

DC: AspireNXT has had humble beginnings. We have grown from being a small IT integrator to being the preferred choice of partner for all our customers.  This has been possible only because of the trust and equity that our team has built while living up to our commitments to all customers.

 

What is the kind of IT products, services, and support you offer your partners currently?

DC: We cover the entire landscape that a customer would require: from their compute, security, networking and application needs, including consulting and delivery on their digital story.

 

Could you let us in on a few innovations and disruptive initiatives from AspireNxt?

DC: There are several skill sets that we have built on multiple platforms to ensure that they add value to our customers and colleagues, who position them, and our OEM organizations that we partner with.

 

Can you elaborate on your cloud and analytics services?

DC: Cloud and niche services around that are the main focus for AspireNXT. Our team is able to drive the right solution wins with our customers to help them prepare better for the times to come.

 

Which industry segments are you serving right now and those on your radar over the next couple of years?

DC: We serve IT/ITES, healthcare, BFSI, and web tech companies. We believe that all these segments will drive immense growth for us in India and other regions that we are present in.

What kind of impact have you been facing since the onset of Covid-19? After the pandemic-induced slowdown, where do you see yourself to be in the short-term and over the next 10 years?

DC: When Covid-19 surfaced, we weren’t sure how the market would behave. Our first step was to make sure that our colleagues were safe, hence we ensured that they stopped coming to the office before the government enforced lockdown and moved our entire business to the Work-From-Home (WFH) model.

Our colleagues trusted the measures that we were taking and put in their best efforts to be there for our customers, which actually resulted in the business growing exponentially. We still continue to have at least 85 percent of our colleagues work from home and we believe that this is the way forward. In addition to this, we worked even more closely with our existing set of customers, while adding new ones.

We see ourselves growing and expanding, as we continue to invest in human capital and acquiring good customers with our value proposition over the next few years.
