CONFED-ITA, an apex body of 28 district associations in Tamilnadu and Pondicherry, has recently conducted it second executive committee meeting on July 16th at Preeti Classic Towers Ooty.
The team headed by President R.Prabhou, Vp Mr.N.Senthil kumar, Secretary K.Suresh kumar, Treasurer P.Baluthingara, Js1 N.Ilayaraja and Js2 P.Rajesh kumar conducted the meeting with the support of NITA- Ooty Computer Association in a grand manner.
The new team were quite excited to position the community for a year tenure and read out their road map along with major task of a generating a fund of 3 lakh via digital promo an advertisement platform to showcase their product in member whatsApp and mail group.
Relief fund of 1 lakh rupees each were given to two demised members. New amendment in bye law was initiated along with new policy decisions to form committee to fine tune the association activities were kick started on the meet.
New Website along with mobile app to be created for community development with entire member database. Immediate Past President K.A Prabhakar along with his past team and CONFED-ITA past presidents Muthusamy, Kumar along with Past Presidents Terrance Rajesh from Nita who was the key person behind the arrangement felicitated the occasion.
Apart from above EC members, districts office bearers across the state participated and made the occasion a grand success which was celebrated with a grand dinner along with orchestra which made members to relax on sizzling chill climate.
This association is a boom and backbone of IT sector in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry which executed plenty of IT sector reforms along with FAIITA and influenced plenty of central government policies for uplift of dealer communities and welfare.
On July 17th, 8th Confed badminton tournament was organised on Anna Stadium. Around 23 association participated in the tournament which had three categories Open Singles, Open doubles and Veterans doubles. The winners and runners were awarded trophies and shields.
CONFED ITA TEAM along with NITA organised the event in a professional way. The event was concluded with vote of thanks by JS2 Rajesh Kumar.
