The theme of the summit was explained- Xcel through strengthening the alliances , Xcellerate yourself for the next level of skill-sets and Xceeed- not just as an individual but also as an entire team and stakeholder.
As a part of the event, the association rolls out an award for the best partners implementation from the members on various parameters. The nominations will be scrutinised by a jury who announce the winners during the event. Out of many entries, the jury of the event has shortlisted 5 companies across the country on various categories.
Secure Network Solutions India: The Chennai-based company has bagged the award under the ‘Security’ category. The company had showed a constant growth over 40 % increase in the profit. Besides introducing security incident event monitoring solution software they had also measured employee KRA/KPI though Balanced Score Card(BSC) use PMS tools. company has doubled the profit in 3 years.
