Versatile Infosecurity Aims 20 % Growth In FY16-17

New Delhi, March 29: Delhi based Versatile Infosecurity (VIPL), one of the leading channel partners in the security solutions space is aiming at 20 per cent growth and is looking for focusing on mobile security and cloud.


“In the FY15-16, we have gained approximate 15% growth in comparison to the previous financial year. In the FY16-17, we are planning 20% growth by adding additional manpower and new products on our portfolio.” Sudhir Sharma, CEO of the company told Cell IT.

The security company’s strength solely lies in our after-sales service commitment, helping us gain good referential business. “With our constant efforts to increase our product portfolio, we have also been able to gain cross product selling, thereby giving customers a one-stop solution for our customers in Network Security, Visibility and Manageability area.”  The company’s key revenues had come from network and endpoint security ( 55%), visibility and availability ( 30%) and Services  (15%).

VIPL solution portfolio has Network Firewalls/UTMs, SIEM, Antispam, WAN optimization Solution, Application Delivery Solutions, endpoint security (Antivirus, DLP, and Encryption), Wireless Management and Security, Privilege account management and more


Sudhir further added: We had successfully Deployed WAN Optimization solution for a leading legal firm and a large Media House , Secured VPN connectivity 200+ locations (retail outlets) for a leading multi-brand retail chain, deployed Network security solution for new e-commerce company, successfully deployed email compliance Achiever solution for an Engineering equipment Manufacturer.

Speaking about the challenges, the company faced, he says that  hiring and retaining qualified staff, and updating the knowledge and skills of existing technology staff,  increasing the capacity for managing changes, despite differing customer’s needs, priorities and Maintaining Profitability lists the top.

On the focus for the coming fiscal year, Sudhir said Mobile security and Management, Focus on Cloud-based security and Advanced Persistent Threats.
