In 2015 calendar year, the company has successfully completed first ever channel partner conference for POS in India and acquired few Tier1 Retail Chain customers for Posiflex range of products. Speaking on the 5 reasons a channel partner should sell Posiflex, he said that the factors like shrinking profits in IT (regular) product line, being associated with the latest technology product sales that retail/hospitality industry needs, reduction in customer acquiring cost by selling value added products like POS, barcode, CCTV etc. and increase the net profitability per customer enhances the selling experience of the channels. “ Profitability, assured after sales support with integrity and recognition are what we assure the channels. We also have well established after sales service network which is spread across India. This service network has grown up from 1 city to 450+ locations where onsite service is rendered currently to Posiflex POS products. We have committed NBD (Next Business Day) resolution for tier 1 cities. However our effort is to extend the same kind of Service Level for tier2 and 3 cities shortly with the growth of channel partners and their customer base”, Baskaramurthy said.
