ISODA Brings ‘Real Heros’ In The Eastern Regional Meet

isoda-eastKolkata: To avoid stereo type meet-and-greet events, ISODA’s eastern chapter had recently conducted their regional meet to bring innovation in event format and new experience for the participants too.

The theme, titled as ‘Join, Network and Prosper’, the event had mix of leisure, business and social activities in the agenda. Band ‘FaKirs’, the employees of Macaws Infotech welcomed everyone with their welcome song followed by a speaker from Swami Vivekananda College . The resource person spoke on the trends and challenges in manpower requirement for the members. L Ashok, CEO, Futurenet technologies spoke on the topic ‘Changing Technology Landscape and our Transformation’. K Gunasegharan, Director, E-Caps Computers, explained the prospective member-participants of the event on the advantages of joining ISODA forum. Arijit Samanta from Kaspersky explained their products and solutions for the participants.

Manasi Saha, Regional Secretary of the forum, said, the vision behind this is that each and every manasimember should benefit from ISODA. “In the future, we should share our resources for the betterment . Manpower requirement and relationship  is the most difficult thing now days, I have shared my placement agent from  Swami Vivekananda College for campus interview and requirement of employees for friends from ISODA.”

Explaining that most of the time participants listen to the speech of a motivational speaker, the organizers of this event want to do something different.  “ We have many inspiring stories within us and we look at real life story from ourselves. That’s how they zeroed inUjjal Paul and Aditi Jhawar.”

The first motivation was Ujjal Paul (33) ,was diagnosed as renal failure ,both the kidney were non functional.  He did the kidney transplant in the year 2017 within 9 month he joins back to the work and now handling multiple projects at Macaws. Second motivational speaker was Aditi Jhawar, daughter of a deceased ISODA member. “After the demise of Pradip Jhawar, Aditi took the responsibility of  Bradroy Infotech and she is doing a fabulous job. She has shown much dedication and commitments towards her responsibility of running her father’s business.” Manasi added.

“The Meeting well-organised under the leadership of Regional Secretary Manasi. With the attendance of over 15 Members ISODA is growing well in the North-East region”, says Ashok L as a feedback of the event.

Road ahead for the Eastern chapter:

Speaking further on the market opportunities in Eastern Creativity (1)region, she said, “According to me, market in the Eastern part of India is slow compare to other region. However, as per the knowledge in concern the customer are much highly knowledgeable. There are ample of chance for IT Security, mobility , analytic partners. Next era is about IOT ,Block chain , RAP. So we have to get vast with these technology and transform  ourselves.”

On plans of ISODA in the days ahead, Manasi said, the next regional meet preparations are on the pipeline and the topics would be around cyber threat and recent attack , earning profit from your business. The electing the new regional secretary for East is in the next priority.
