Lonavala, Feb 16: Gates APAC had kick-started the first version of the Indian ICT summit. Inaugurated here, the day 1 witnessed insights on the way ICT industry survived in 2015 and the future trends of IT in the coming days.
More than 100 participants across the country participated in the event. The inaugural ceremony had key notes from GFK India on the recent trends in the ICT sector, Storage division of Toshiba India on the aspects storage in changing day to day and AMD consumer business on how channel partners should evolve to cope up with the changing dynamics of computing and mobility.
The event had an innovative competition of smart presentation where the sponsors of the event did a smart pitch, a way of selling their offering within 90 seconds. Under two categories, the participants did voting.
